Group OT Programs
OT-led group therapy supporting movement, confidence, connection, and wellbeing.
Our Group Programs
OT Flow’s group programs provide a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals can develop skills alongside others. All groups are led by occupational therapists and are designed to support individual goals while fostering connection, confidence, and participation.
Groups are structured, flexible, and adapted to suit different ages, abilities, and needs.
Judo Groups
Our small judo groups offer a supportive, structured environment where participants can develop skills across all areas: physical, mental, social, and emotional. Sessions are adapted to each person’s abilities while promoting teamwork, confidence, and meaningful social connections. Participants learn to move their bodies with confidence, overcome everyday barriers, and work toward personal goals.
Craft Groups
OT Flow’s craft group is a welcoming, creative space for all ages to connect, explore, and express themselves. Through a variety of hands-on craft activities, participants can develop fine motor skills, cognitive abilities, confidence, and overall wellbeing. The group encourages creativity at your own pace while fostering social connections, skill-building, and fun.
Falls Prevention Groups
OT Flow’s Falls Prevention Group helps older adults stay safe, confident, and independent. The program focuses on improving balance, strength, and mobility, while addressing home safety, daily routines, and strategies to reduce fall risks. We also incorporate gentle, adapted judo techniques to teach safer ways to respond during a fall and practical methods for getting up from the floor. Participants gain confidence, practical skills, and knowledge to stay active and reduce the risks of falls in daily life.
