OT Flow

Empowering kids,

teens, and adults to

move, learn, and thrive

OT Flow supports children, teens, and young adults on the Sunshine Coast through tailored, sports-based occupational therapy, with a focus on the sport of judo. We provide holistic client-centred therapy, taking an inclusive and creative approach to empower individuals to overcome challenges and work towards meaningful goals.

Why Combine Occupational Therapy with Judo?

The combination of occupational therapy and judo offers complementary benefits across physical, mental, social, and emotional domains. Occupational therapy supports the development of motor skills, balance, coordination, and spatial awareness, while judo reinforces these skills through structured movement, body control, posture, and coordination.

Occupational therapy supports emotional and sensory regulation, while judo builds mental resilience and provides meaningful sensory input and motor output. Together, this integrated approach helps individuals build confidence, both within a sporting environment and in everyday life.
