About OT Flow
Supporting meaningful movement, confidence, and participation through occupational therapy.
Who We Are
OT Flow is an occupational therapy service delivering holistic, client-centred therapy through movement and sport, with a strong focus on judo-informed practice.
We support individuals to improve participation in everyday activities, develop gross motor skills and coordination, strengthen emotional and sensory regulation, and build meaningful social connections. Our approach is grounded in evidence-based occupational therapy and shaped by creativity, flexibility, and genuine connection.
At OT Flow, therapy is designed to feel inclusive, supportive, and engaging. We create a positive space where individuals feel respected, empowered, and confident to work toward their goals at their own pace.
